WORST STORY LINE, RUNNER-UP
As season 2 opened, globe-trotting geneticist Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy) and newly divorced telepath Matt Parkman (Greg Grunberg) were roommates living in New York City. Okay...except they were also raising Little Orphan Molly (Adair Tishler), the nightmare-plagued human hero-tracking system, in an easily mockable My Two Dads scenario. Suresh, Matt, and Molly each entered the season requiring reinvention to remain useful to the Heroes mythos; banding them together only magnified the relevancy issue. Here's hoping this season finally solves the problem for these likable characters. (But feel free to kill Molly. We're good with that.)
