HOW THEY DID IT A misunderstanding lands the stoners in Guantanamo Bay, where some misbehaving terrorists cause a distraction, allowing Harold and Kumar to escape the prison and board a makeshift boat to Florida with a band of Cubans. But they only have to evade U.S. officials for so long. Luckily, Harold and Kumar get off — and get high — with a little help from a friend: George W. Bush.
