BURNING LOVE Inspired by his 21st birthday trip to Vegas, Hall has been impersonating Elvis — and singing, period — for only 20 months. ''I don't look at myself as an Elvis clone. I want to take the essence of Elvis and bring it to the youth of America.'' The young ladies seem to be enjoying it: ''The screaming is the best part of what I do,'' he admits. Also a fan — judge Sharon Osbourne, who's told him, ''I have shoes older than you, but I'd like to try you on.'' ''That is the best line I've heard,'' Hall says. ''I still hear that from people just walkin' down the street. They'll say, 'Ooh, I'd like to try you on.' It's nice to know people are good to you.'' —Mandi Bierly
