BURNING LOVE Inspired by his 21st birthday trip to Vegas, Hall has been impersonating Elvis — and singing, period — for only 20 months. ''I don't look at myself as an Elvis clone. I want to take the essence of Elvis and bring it to the youth of America.'' The young ladies seem to be enjoying it: ''The screaming is the best part of what I do,'' he admits. Also a fan — judge Sharon Osbourne, who's told him, ''I have shoes older than you, but I'd like to try you on.'' ''That is the best line I've heard,'' Hall says.
