Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters, at Austin City Limits
Within the span of about two minutes on the final night in Austin, Grohl managed a drunk kid rushing the stage and made a triangle solo awesome. I saw a lot of frontmen this summer, but no one can match this guy's charisma, his joie de vivre, or his passion for the rock & roll. I didn't know I wanted the last song of festival season to be ''Best of You'' until I was screaming along.
