MYTH Production of season 4 was halted for three weeks because Kaitlin Olson (Sweet Dee) broke her back.
FACT Production was halted for a myriad of reasons. Don't get me wrong, Kaitlin did hurt herself. But what really slowed us down was Charlie Day going AWOL. We'll never know what he did for the three weeks that he was off the grid. He still won't talk about it. All I know is, when we found him, he was in the Sunny costume closet with all of Kaitlin's Vicodin.
