A French thriller so jammed with twists it would be a crime to reveal them. Let's just say that this tale of a man who learns that his murdered wife may still be alive is as artfully dense as The Big Sleep, as painfully romantic as Vertigo, and so gripping it just about resynchronizes your pulse.
