At the end of her April 8th concert in Vancouver — punctuated by long periods of stillness, as Britney stopped performing because people were smoking marijuana somewhere in the audience — Spears walked off the stage, leaving her fans with some choice parting thoughts: ''Drive safe, don't smoke weed, and rock out with your c---s out.
