The Italian prince (who didn't actually speak Italian) lives in NYC and runs a pet empire, including the Royal Treatment Italian Pet Spa, as well as a social networking site for pet owners called Nuzzleplanet.com. He also tells EW via e-mail that he's ''writing a romance novel.'' After breaking up with Jennifer Wilson (and dating runner-up Sadie Murray), Borghese is currently single, and apparently living large: ''I'm responding to your questions on my Blackberry as I drink a beer on the beach and watch the sunset in Florianópolis, Brazil,'' writes Borghese. Once a prince, always a prince.
