OBSERVE AND REPORT (2009)
Seth Rogen plays an inept mall cop who tries to track down a flasher in hopes of winning the affection of the makeup counter vixen (Anna Faris). Rogen drives around in a little security clown car, beats up skateboarders, tasers people, and engages in inappropriate activities with his intoxicated (and less than minty-mouthed) crush. All while protecting hordes of mall-dwellers from any danger that may befall them. What a guy.
