She may only have appeared in a handful of episodes during The Office's fifth season, but Ryan still managed to stand out in a brilliant ensemble cast as sweet, awkward Holly, love interest for maddening boss-man Michael Scott (Steve Carell). For her efforts, Ryan scored 24 percent of the EWwy vote, edging out Scrubs' Judy Reyes (22%), and Ugly Betty's Becki Newton (21%) in a tight race. Rounding out the field (in order) were Wanda Sykes (The New Adventures of Old Christine), Kristen Schaal (The Flight of the Conchords), and Nicollette Sheridan (Desperate Housewives).
