Sgt. Nicholas Brody

Discovered eight years after he was initially thought dead by the military, Brody was instead a prisoner of terrorist Abu Nazir along with his fellow Marine Tom Walker. He returns home to his wife, Jessica, and children, Dana and Chris. Now a devout Muslim, Brody hides his religion by praying in the family garage. He also keeps secret his allegiance to former captor Abu Nazhir and his plan to assassinate the Vice President because of a drone strike that killed Nazhir's son Issa. But Brody has a change of heart about blowing up the VP after his bomb vest malfunctions and he gets a last minute plea from Dana, who became suspicious of her father's behavior. After the VP helps nab Brody a seat in the House of Representatives, the soldier promises Nazir he will carry out the terrorist plans from within the government. The question for season 2 is, will Brody ever be caught?
