Kim Kelly (played by current Cougar Town scene stealer Philipps) was the badass high-school chick that many a mathlete secretly wished she could be. She had the hottest boyfriend in school (James Franco's Daniel), skipped class to smoke pot, used her fake ID, hitchhiked, and once ran over a dog with her Gremlin. McKinley High wouldn't have been the same without Kim's general scowling and mocking of poor Lindsay, and even her tender moments were downright vicious. Take this choice bit of sweet talk to her long-time beau: ''Are you calling me irrational? Because I'll tear your head off, Daniel. I'll tear it off and I'll throw it over that fence.'' —Wendy Mitchell
