Will Ferrell Returns to Eastbound & Down
Has-been pitcher Kenny Powers (Danny McBride) will tackle fatherhood and the minor leagues — as well as a visit from his hometown nemesis, flaxen-haired car salesman Ashley Schaeffer (Ferrell) — in the new season of HBO's baseball comedy Eastbound & Down (premiering in January 2012), set in Myrtle Beach, S.C. ''Will helped get this show going in the first place,'' says McBride. ''Anytime that he steps onto set, it's a treat for everyone. We just have a blast.'' —Aubry D'Arminio
