We're used to only seeing Glee's head-beast-in-chief Santana Lopez in a cheerleader's uniform. But from her gown's delicate leafy print to its flared silhouette to its nifty shredded bodice to her understated makeup — and especially that ethereal blue-gray shade — Rivera clearly has a thing or 10 to teach her Young Hollywood cohorts about delivering fun, flirty red-carpet glamour. Grade: A+
