The fact that Peter's absent father apparently had something to do with Oscorp is an intriguing revelation, since the company belongs to future Green Goblin Norman Osborn. Could this be a possible tease for an Amazing sequel? Say, did you hear that Johnny Depp was in talks to play Norman Osborn? Just kidding, that's a fake Internet rumor that will become a genuine Internet rumor in ten minutes.
