1. How did Bruce Wayne get back to Gotham so quickly, since he was apparently in a foreign country and Gotham was completely locked off from the outside world?

After escaping from the horrible prison-pit, Bruce Wayne finds himself penniless on the far side of the world from Gotham City in Jodhpur, India. The quick-thinking ex-billionaire pulls the old Slumdog Millionaire car-thief trick on a few unsuspecting American tourists and charters a flight on the cheapest plane he can afford: a World War I-era biplane owned and operated by a world-weary former test pilot J.P. Valley (Wendell Pierce, completing The Dark Knight Rises' oh-so-rare Wire cameo hat trick).
