Ms. Jackson (if you're nasty) is the reason the term ''wardrobe malfunction'' even exists. Her performance with Justin Timberlake at 2004's Super Bowl XXXVIII reached its costume-ripping climax to the former *NSYNC boy bander's ''Rock Your Body.'' As Timberlake sang, ''gonna have ya nekkid by the end of this song,'' he reached over, snatched a piece of fabric from Jackson's bodice, and exposed her right breast, which was strategically adorned with a nipple ring. The incident spurred a public uproar and hefty fines from the FCC. In his apology, Timberlake coined the now-ubiquitous slang for a sartorial snafu.
