NOMINATED FOR Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy and Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series, respectively
WHY EMMY GOT HIP TO THEM Hollywood's golden couple now have matching nominations! Aw. Even the TV Academy, notorious for not giving ''Friends'' its due in the past, couldn't ignore the show's recent resurgence. Escaping ''Survivor'''s shadow, the long-running series got new life -- literally -- with the Rachel-is-preggers arc. At the center of it all was Aniston, alternately funny (her desperate plan to get! the baby! OUT!) and poignant (her tearful rebuff of smitten Joey). And then there was the episode with Pitt, in which the erstwhile Sexiest Man Alive played an embittered former fat guy. What's more satisfying than that?
