WHY THEY'RE HOT Along with the Strokes and the Hives, the White Stripes have done the near-impossible: They've brought raw garage rock to the kids of Bizkitville and taught them to like it. The Detroit duo comprises drummer Meg White and frontman/guitarist Jack White, who claim to be brother and sister, but are actually a former married couple. Their Lego-powered video for ''Fell in Love With a Girl'' matches their cheerfully stark music...and their oh-so-cute red and white color scheme.
