It sure looked like a shock for Mary-Louise Parker, who plays a pot-dealing suburban mom on Showtime's acclaimed but little-seen Weeds, when she beat four Desperate Housewives stars to win the Best Actress in a Comedy Series prize. (Housewife Teri Hatcher gave her the ''We're not worthy'' bow.) Parker went all Roberto Benigni, praising her castmates and proclaiming, ''I just want to make out with all of you, I just love you so much, especially Elizabeth [Perkins].'' Now there's something you don't often see on that other housewives show.
