The Incredibles (2004)

CHARACTER Rabid superhero fan Buddy Pine, who later transforms himself into the villainous Syndrome after being snubbed by Mr. Incredible during a botched attempt at assisting him.

SLEAZE FACTOR High. He's a petulant little cartoon whose only powers are self-manufactured (jet boots, energy fields, etc.), and anyone who'd put the life of adorable baby Jack-Jack at risk can't be classified as anything other than a first-rate cad.
