If you can't see video on EW Online, the chances are your video player is very six-months-ago, and you need to upgrade to the latest version.

Get them for free on the Web:

Download RealPlayer G2
(Remember- the RealPlayer G2 is FREE. The Real Player Plus is $29.95)

Once you've installed the new player(s) things should be hunky-dory.
