Oh that face. Intense yet exotic, with piercing blue eyes. No wonder actress/model Milla Jovovich, 21, got so much attention for playing the extraterrestrial Supreme Being in The Fifth Element. Though EW critic Owen Gleiberman had mixed feelings about the sci-fi thriller, he described Jovovich with such adjectives as "gorgeous," "perfect," and "charming." Jovovich -- who reportedly had a brief fling with director Luc Besson during filming -- also turned heads with her appearance at the Cannes Film Festival in a get-up that revealed more skin than fabric.

Before the movie's May release, EW senior writer Gregg Kilday met with Jovovich (pronounced YO-vuh-vich) at L.A.'s Four Seasons Hotel.
