Could it be a result of their impending TV nuptials? ''Friends''' Matthew Perry and Courteney Cox are both shuffling real estate in real life. Perry just sold his 1,900 square foot bachelor pad. Built in 1959, the one story stucco has a pool and views of the city. (The actor has been living in the Beverly Hills home he reportedly bought in 1999.) Meanwhile, Cox and husband David Arquette just shelled out $10 million for an impressive Malibu spread built by architect John Lautner (a Frank Lloyd Wright protégé). Looks like Chandler and Monica have indeed entered the nesting phase.
