''This [shot] is in the booklet for the boxed set and I put, 'Auditioning for a Russ Meyer film.' Jill Furmanovsky is fantastic. She'll come over at the drop of a hat to do pictures; she's great. I'm wearing my Vivienne Westwood trousers and boots. And then we went on and did a proper photo shoot for this, which was the cover for Last of the Independents (but not with Jill).''
