Once and... for all, Emmy winner Sela Ward can say farewell to her Rodeo Drive home. After selling the 3,600-square-foot abode last summer, she and venture capitalist husband Howard Sherman and their two kids arranged to camp out there while waiting for renovations on new digs, also in Beverly Hills. The Sprint pitchwoman leaves behind a 1926 home with a guest house, pool, and spa. Their new pad -- which reportedly cost $4.9 million -- has five bedrooms, a guest cottage, detached studio, tennis court, and pool. Sounds fit for a TV drama queen.
