You know the saying: Out of the mouths of babes. And recently, one particular babe -- madcap Oscar-winning newlywed Angelina Jolie, 24 -- has been dropping so many bon mots, it's hard to keep track. So as a service to our readers, EW presents a Bartlett's of helpful quotations culled from the star's interviews. Read and learn:

ON LIFE GOALS ''I need more sex, OK? Before I die I wanna taste everyone in the world.'' -- British GQ

ON DIVERSITY ''I like everything. Boyish girls, girlish boys, the heavy and the skinny. Which is a problem when I'm walking down the street.'' -- Elle

ON CHOOSING ROLES ''I always play women I would date.'' -- Talk

ON HAPPINESS ''I've been gaining weight to play Lara [Croft, the heroine of Tomb Raider].... I finally got my ass back, 'cause I had lost weight. So I'm happy that I have my old ass back.'' -- Talk

ON FATE ''You're young, you're crazy, you're in bed and you've got knives. So s -- - happens.'' -- Chicago Sun-Times

ON SOCIAL POSITION ''I need someone physically stronger than me.... I am always on top. It's really unfortunate. I am begging for the man that can put me on the bottom. Or the woman. Anybody that can take me down.'' -- Elle

SUMMER MOVIE BODY COUNT

131

Hollywood's on a roll! It's only our second week tabulating summer movie fatalities, and already we've hit triple digits! Battlefield Earth -- though it stumbled at the box office -- did just fine in the stiffs department: Among those vaporized were 14 humans and 21 unpleasant-looking aliens. (Note: We only included deaths we witnessed; the offscreen ones were too numerous to count.) Meanwhile, action-loving Will Shakespeare pulled his weight, providing six corpses in Ethan Hawke's Hamlet (methods of death included poisoning, drowning, and gunfire). Add all that to last week's Gladiator-fueled total, and we've got an impressive 131. And just think: Tom Cruise hasn't even begun his mission.
