Shonda Rhimes slammed Bill O’Reilly on Wednesday after the Fox News host made controversial comments about First Lady Michelle Obama’s widely-praised speech at the Democratic National Convention this week.

Rhimes called out O’Reilly for his remarks on the portion of the first lady’s speech that mentioned slavery and how far the nation has come.

“The idiocy never ceases to amaze me,” Rhimes said. “Try slavery, Bill. Let us know how good the food is while you wear chains.”
