It looks like black is the new black for Henry Cavill’s Superman.

On Monday the Man of Steel and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice star shared a close-up photo of what appears to be an updated costume for the Last Son of Krypton, with an inky color scheme and an intricate armor-like texture. The image is accompanied by a single hashtag: “#Superman.”

Man of Steel sequel in active development at Warner Bros.

Fresh off the success of Suicide Squad’s opening weekend, Warner Bros. is looking to continue the Man of Steel franchise by committing to developing a sequel to the 2013 film that grossed $670 million worldwide, according to a source close to the project.

Comic-Con: Henry Cavill goes undercover to prank Will Smith

John Barrowman wasn’t the only DC star having some fun at Comic-Con this weekend. Superman himself, Henry Cavill, wore a V for Vendetta mask on the convention floor to prank Suicide Squad’s Will Smith.
