Sterling K. Brown wins best limited series supporting actor at 2016 Emmys

Darden finally came out on top: Sterling K. Brown of The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story has won the award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited Series or a Movie at the 68th annual Emmy Awards.

“I was talking to Melania Trump this morning and I was asking her, ‘What should I do, what should I say?’” he said during Sunday night’s ceremony in Los Angeles, before abandoning the joke and getting serious with thank yous to his family, his costars, and the Academy: “A lot of you may not have known who I was, but you checked the box anyway.”
