Donald Trump campaign issues statement on controversial Russian TV interview with Larry King

Donald Trump’s campaign responded to a controversy stemming from his interview for Politicking Now with Larry King, which aired on a state-run Russian television network. 

Speaking on CNN’s New Day, Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway said, “First of all, as you know, a former CNN superstar Larry King has a podcast, and Mr. Trump went on his podcast. Nobody said it was going to be on Russian TV.”

The former Los Angeles County prosecutor appeared on Larry King Now to discuss the FX anthology series. When asked by King if the show had “pretty much gotten it right,” Clark said yes.

Larry King helps Conan O'Brien put the Cubs' loss in perspective

Hugh Jackman has expressed his intention to step down as Wolverine, and it’s never too early to find someone to have adamantium fused onto their bones – in CGI, of course – for future films.

Conan “leaked” a few audition tapes for actors interested in replacing Jackman in the role. It appears the producers are casting as wide a net as possible, not limiting themselves to Jackman’s look for the new Logan.

Visiting Entertainment Weekly Radio on Wednesday, King was asked if he shared a joint with another famous toker, Willie Nelson, who recently appeared on Larry King Now. The answer is no, because King hasn’t smoked pot or cigarettes since his 1987 heart attack. He discusses both habits in the clip below.
