LeBron James meets Hamilton in mashup video

Basketball will never be the same after LeBron James.

The Cleveland Cavaliers’ star player is the subject of a new mashup video in the style of the opening number of Hamilton, Lin-Manuel Miranda’s acclaimed musical.

The video, posted by digital media company Dose, sees LeBron James’ friends and foes tell his story, with actors playing Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors; Kyrie Irving of the Cavaliers; Dwyane Wade of the Chicago Bulls; and Chris Bosh of the Miami Heat.

Mark Wahlberg says he's working on a movie with LeBron James (and it's not Space Jam 2)

Mark Wahlberg might soon score a Hollywood hit with NBA superstar LeBron James. 

The two-time Oscar nominee appeared on Tuesday night’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon during which host Jimmy Fallon showed the audience a photo of the Cleveland Cavaliers player hanging out in Wahlberg’s home gym.  

“He and I are talking about doing a movie together,” Wahlberg revealed. “It’s actually a great idea. It’s based around the fantasy league, so these guys get to go to one of these fantasy camps, and me and LeBron have a situation.”

LeBron James raps 'Pop Style' with Drake during Ohio concert

LeBron James took a break from the basketball court Saturday night to join Drake onstage during the rapper’s show in Columbus, Ohio, where the player helped perform “Pop Style.”

“Ohio, if you don’t make some noise for the King right now, you’re out of your mind,” Drake told the roaring crowd, as shown in fan-shot video from the concert (via Rolling Stone). “Now we gotta do it for old time’s sake.”
