VH1 orders season 2 of Martha & Snoop's Potluck Dinner Party

VH1 has ordered another helping of Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party.

On Monday, the network announced that after only two episodes, the cooking show starring Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg has been renewed for a second season.

That’s right, me and my homegirl Martha will be back for another season and we can’t wait,” said Snoop Dogg in a statement. “Thanks to all the fans who tuned into Season 1. If ya’ll thought this season was fun, wait ‘til you see what we have cookin’ up next for ya.”

Martha Stewart reveals her sexting history alongside Snoop Dogg, Anna Kendrick on Ellen

Martha Stewart made a big revelation on Wednesday’s episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show: She’s no stranger to the art of sexting.

During the long-running talk show’s recurring segment Never Have I Ever, Stewart — alongside fellow guests Snoop Dogg and Anna Kendrick — each held up their “I Have” signs when DeGeneres asked if they’d ever exchanged sexts with another person.

“Wow, Martha! You’ve sexted? Do you know what that is?” DeGeneres asked the 75-year-old businesswoman. “Yow! To who? Is it someone current or was this a while ago?”

Snoop Dogg paints a pooch for Martha Stewart

Snoop Dogg has shown he’s an accomplished rapper, singer, actor, roaster, chef. Now, he can add painter to the list.

On Friday, Martha Stewart tweeted a photo of a unique gift from the rapper had bestowed upon her. Along with a picture of a painting, which appears to be of a dog, she wrote, “This is an original Snoop Dogg painting, and Snoop gave it to me as a gift! Very nice, don’t you think?”

Party with Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg this fall. 

Stewart and the rapper are teaming up for Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party, a weekly series where the duo will host their celebrity friends for a “half-baked evening of cocktails, cooking, conversation, and where nothing is off limits,” per the press release announcing the newly ordered series. The series is slated to premiere on VH1 this fall.

Kohan recently told Time that when the show returns for its third season, it will introduce a character inspired by Stewart. For fans of the book, this news won’t come as much of a surprise, considering that, in the book, Piper Kerman wrote about how Stewart was nearly sent to Danbury—a.k.a. the real prison that Litchfield is based on.
