Nicholas Hoult could be the latest to bring Nikola Tesla to life on screen.

The X-Men star is in final talks to join Benedict Cumberbatch (Thomas Edison) and Michael Shannon (George Westinghouse) in The Current War, EW has confirmed. The Weinstein Co. drama is directed by Alfonso Gomez-Rejon, who helmed Me and Earl and the Dying Girl.

X-Men: Apocalypse dubsmash video shared by Bryan Singer

Sometimes it seems like you can’t be in a Marvel movie without doing a dubsmash video at some point. Sure enough, on Thursday, director Bryan Singer posted an Instagram video of the X-Men: Apocalypse cast doing such a thing.

In a great pun, the short video focuses mostly on Nicholas Hoult’s Beast, who mouths the lines from Benasis’ “Beast Mode” at the camera, before the rest of his fellow X-Men jump in and start dancing as the beat drops.

James McAvoy, John Boyega join Watership Down miniseries from Netflix, BBC

James McAvoy, John Boyega, and Nicholas Hoult are going down the rabbit hole.

The actors are among the ensemble cast of the BBC and Netflix’s Watership Down, a CGI-animated miniseries based on Richard Adams’ classic novel about a group of brave bunnies who narrowly escape the destruction of their warren and set out in search of a new home.

McAvoy will voice Hazel, the group’s leader; Hoult will voice Fiver, the seer; and Boyega will take on Bigwig, the muscle. The cast also includes Ben Kingsley, Gemma Arterton, Anne-Marie Duff, and Olivia Colman.
