Whoopi Goldberg says this is probably her last season on The View

Viewers won’t be getting Whoopi Goldberg’s view much longer.

On Friday, Goldberg appeared on The Wendy Williams Show and acknowledged that she has signed on for only one more season of The View and come next September, she most likely won’t be returning. “No, probably not,” she shared. “I have to do it, baby, because I have to go and grow. I got stuff to do, I got movies I need to direct, I got books I got to finish.”

Fox to air Easter-themed Ice Age special starring Taraji P. Henson

Taraji P. Henson is lending her voice to the Ice Age gang when Fox airs an Easter-themed special called Ice Age: The Great Egg-Scapade on March 20. 

Sid, Manny, Diego, and Scrat are back and joined by new characters voiced by Henson, Seth Green, Wendy Williams, Gabriel Iglesias, Lili Estefan, and Blake Anderson.

Wendy Williams scores new red-carpet commentary series

Wendy’s gonna say it like she means it when it comes to red carpet fashion, with the news that she’s set to launch a brand-new style-focused series on BET.

EW can exclusively reveal that Williams – whose self-titled daytime talk show is currently in its seventh season – will host a red carpet fashion commentary series called Wendy’s Style Squad, which will kick off later this month with a wrap-up of the styles worn during the Grammy Awards.

The Wendy Williams Show renewed through 2019–20 season

The Wendy Williams Show has been renewed through the 2019–20 season on Fox, distributor Debmar-Mercury announced Tuesday. 

The renewal brings the program back for its ninth, 10th, and 11th seasons. Since it first aired nationwide in 2009, The Wendy Williams Show has become one of the top daytime talk shows, especially among women in the 25–54 demo.

Wendy Williams to make Broadway debut in 'Chicago'

Talk show host Wendy Williams is set to make her Broadway debut this summer in Chicago. Williams will play Matron “Mama” Morton in the musical, meaning she’ll also get one big solo number, “When You’re Good to Mama.”
